We will instantly send all web form submission leads to the email address you’ve given us. These emails will come from support@gotchalocal.com, so it’s smart to add that email address as a contact in your email program, to ensure any emails from us do not end up in a spam or junk mail folder.
Note: A daily duty of the receptionist (or your marketing assistant) should be to check this email at least twice per day. We suggest first thing every morning and after lunch.
Every week YOU should login to Message Metric and review the call recordings of those people that called and pressed #1, indicating they were a new patient. Any poorly handled calls, or unscheduled calls should be corrected and scheduled.
