Call Tracking

We have provided you with a call tracking number for your website. This number is local to you, and records all calls from new patients. It also records what number they called from, etc. We also record the contact info from everyone who fills out the web form on your site (for the new patient special offered).

You can view, listen to and add notes to your calls (as well as view the contacts who have filled out the web form) 24/7/365 by going to www.MessageMetric.com and logging in. If you need help logging in, please email support@gotchalocal.com. Once you are logged in, there are tutorials on each page to help you navigate the Message Metric system.

You should test this tracking phone number yourself, especially if you do not have to use an area code when dialing local numbers.  On occasion, a seeming local number to you may not work with an area code, and in this case it may confuse local callers.  You must call from a number that does not receive the routed calls from the call tracking number.
